One of my favorite definitions of yoga is as "transformation technology." There are many benefits, in the short and long term, that we experience in the body, the mind, the emotional life. However, the most sublime goal of this practice is the total experience, in this life, of Cit and Ananda, the pure Consciousness and the fullest happiness. Yoga offers us different resources to clean, purify and transform our limitations, our patterns, our inertias, our sufferings ... all the layers of "dust" that do not allow us to enjoy our essential nature.
