• Physical and energetic anatomy of the hip: bones, muscles, joints and meridians.

• Anatomy of the knee.

• 12 core seat postures

• Posture laboratory: comparative anatomy, variations, use of supports and adjustments.

• Teaching techniques: how to sequence and direct a Yin Yoga session. 

• SopresOm Bag; Yin Yoga manual, seat focus meridian dossier, Yin Yoga seat work dossier, illustrated Yin Yoga posture sheet, illustrated posture archetype sheet and essential oil mix focus first two chakras.

Friday October 18

  9:00 - 13:30 class and theory

  13.30 - 15:00 rest

  15:00 - 17:30 LAB and teaching techniques

  18:00 to 20:00 - Masterclass 

  Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 October:

  9:00 to 11:00 - Masterclass 

  11:00 to 13:30 - class and theory 

  13:30 to 15:00 - break

  3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - teaching techniques and practice 

Title

50h Certificate applicable to Continuing Education (CE) with Yoga Alliance or to the 200h or 300h program with Kathy Páez in Yin / Yang Yoga.
