A morning to deepen your work of awareness and personal exploration.
We will start the session with a slow and creative vinyasa guided by Marta, and live music by Lucas.
Once the more physical part is finished, we will guide you in a guided relaxation to begin to explore the great ocean of Yoga Nidra technique and enter the realm of the heart.
To close with a flourish, we will meditate by singing mantras, also giving space so that all the emotions that want to come out of us can be expressed freely and to that vibrational frequencies invade our own bodies.
We are waiting for you to practice and vibrate together!
