About Leo Cuda

Leo is a Certified International Yoga Teacher and holds a Diploma in Ayurvedic Nutrition from the Ayurvedic Institute of Pune. He has spent more than a decade deepening his studies and spreading the sciences of yoga around the world. In India, he practiced under the guidance of direct disciples of great Yoga masters, Sri T. Krishnamacharya and BKS Iyengar.
