Special session of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra 

We invite you to a magical and restorative afternoon of Yin and Yoga Nidra  with  Bety  and  Marta . 

Get ready to embark on an enlightening journey through the senses as we turn the body into one great ear.  Through  deliciously deep yin poses  and one  guided psychic visualization of the dream , we invite you to savor the texture of each sensation as a gateway to the  deep rest  and the  transformation . 

We will start the afternoon with a Yin session guided by Bety, dedicated to Spring and the resurgence of energy, nurturing the qualities of the wood element: Liver and gallbladder meridian, detoxifying the body and mind of any stagnant energy that is have stored during the long winter months,  followed by a delicious Yoga Nidra session, a deep meditative journey. 

All this will be a juicy restorative medicine for our body and psyche. As we learn to be a container space for our most intimate experiences, we get to know ourselves on a scale that was never thought possible before.
