Koronta Asana Yoga Workshop (wall ropes) with Leo Cuda

Inspired by the principles of BKS Iyengar alignment and practice, the wall strings are used as a support to deepen the Asana, by opening up and creating space in the body.

Yoga Alliance Continuing Training Certificate. 

In this unique practice of yoga, we use the force of gravity and the orientation of the body to create a natural form of resistance or traction to help your body overcome any blockages and improve your practice. 

This workshop will explore these concepts through experiencing a wide variety of Yoga Asanas, in different body positions (standing, sitting, lying, kneeling, and inverted) combined with movements of frontal and lateral bending, extension, and twisting.

Some of the benefits of practicing Yoga with wall ropes are:

- Create balance between strength and flexibility in your body

- Improve general mobility in the joints and spine

- Help access various muscles in postures that you cannot yet achieve on the mat

- Encourage students to build confidence and overcome fear in many difficult or advanced poses.
