Inverted Intensive Workshop

Complete and specific workshop of Verticals where we will work and learn exercises to improve your flexibility and mobility together with a deep work of body positioning and spatial awareness to adapt and prepare your body for an optimal practice without injuries.

We will develop educational exercises, hand balances, tripods, sirsasanas , planks / crocodiles, press-handstand . Finally we will do different relaxations and stretches at the end of each practice.

Biography

Alfonso began in the acrobatic world as a self-taught person at the age of 12, practicing break dance, capoeira and acrobatics until the age of 18, which he had to leave for studies.

At the age of 22, he knows fire juggling and other juggles that lead him to resume his knowledge of acrobatics.
