Kathy Páez:
Kathy Páez (E-RYT 500), is an international teacher and teacher trainer since 2012. She was born in Costa Rica and moved around a lot during her childhood. In 2000 he moved to Spain. She started a Yoga practice in 2001, to alleviate her anxiety, and began teaching in 2003 at Yoga Estudio Barcelona, where he also completed his first training. His practice was revolutionized when he studied with Paul Grilley in 2006 and from there began teaching Yin Yoga. She is a pioneer in using Hatha Yoga styles; Yin and Vinyasa Yoga to Spain (Barcelona, Madrid and Gran Canaria). She currently resides in California with her husband, son, and Chihuahua.
