This is not your typical yoga class. Here we are going to venture into waters that you may not have sailed yet, either because it intimidates you, or simply because it never occurred to you to try. After warming up the back properly, and preparing with other back arches, we will dedicate a part of the class to the study of the Scorpion; how to do them safely, step by step, to be able to include them one day in our daily practice.
