YIN YOGA
Yoga style that by maintaining asanas aims to recover the functioning of joints and tissues at a deep level, undoing the accumulated daily tensions. Calm and settle the mind by balancing the energy.
ASHTANGA YOGA
This yoga system is a dynamic practice that combines and synchronizes conscious breathing, fluidity, and physical and energetic alignment. The Mysore style is the name of the method used to teach Ashtanga Yoga, basing its practice on a progressive series of postures or fixed sequences adapted to each practitioner.
JIVAMUKTI YOGA
If you are a beginner, deciphering the difference between vrksasana (tree) and sirshasana (headstand) or an advanced yogi who can put both feet behind the head, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes you as it is open to practitioners of all levels. He works at his own pace, following the verbal and practical guidance of the teacher. Asana options will be provided for beginning, intermediate, and advanced students. A typical Open class incorporates the five principles of Jivamukti Yoga: shastra (scripture) bhakti (devotion) ahimsa (kindness) nothing (music) dhyana (meditation)
